In theme with the 1940’s Hollywood Land in California Adventure, I concepted, illustrated, and designed this 15ft billboard that functions as both a set piece and an advertisement. Working closely with our partners at Coca-Cola, the billboard has the organic vibrancy of the brand’s ads from the era.

I spent 2018 and 2019 working as a graphic designer for Disney’s Zootopia-themed land coming to Disneyland Shanghai. Work will be updated as it is released (so much is still secret!). For now enjoy the released concept art.

The Woodlark Hotel did a large rebrand in 2023 that included a new logo, brand guidelines, website, and collateral. The focal point of my work was an animated illustration of the hotel that became the landing page for the hotel’s website. I also contributed a new hotel crest to support the logo, various hand illustrated flora and fauna from the region, hand drawn typography and other assets that became part of the new hotel website and collateral.

Making this sign at the Museum of Neon Art was a great opportunity for me to get more hands-on experience with sign fabrication. I started by creating the concept and graphic intent through an in-scale pdf to deliver to vendors. Then I printed a full scale reverse pattern of the sign to collaborate with the neon bender on where the best places to bend and break up the text would be. After a lot of black-out painting, tube mounting, electrical rigging, and coordination with several vendors, the sign was complete.

In order to maintain show and crowd flow during the largest Main Street construction project since Disneyland's opening, I concepted and designed Illustrations, Informational Panels, and a Wayfinding System.
In true turn of the century fashion, all of my illustrations began as hand drawings. They advertise shops on MainStreet that are obstructed during the construction project.

In 2018, I designed the holiday card for Walt Disney Imagineering. The card had to represent the diverse lines of business that newly encompass Imagineering (games, publishing, consumer products, and parks) as well as the international nature of the work the company produces.

In response to a request from the producer of WDI Pacific, I created these two 12 foot wall murals for Walt Disney Imagineering’s central campus in Glendale. The Disneyland mural features Herb Ryman’s iconic concept art for the castle emerging from schematic elevations. I illustrated the central building from Aulani, Disney’s Hawaiin resort, in Herb’s style and gave our elevations the same hand drawn/aged feeling as the castle’s. These murals cover two walls in WDI’s Pacific Region offices.

In 2018, we added Snowy to the Drive In Theatre wall. The film’s poster in inspired by Snowy the Snow Car who sits at the entrance of Cars Land during the holidays. To make this poster, I started by modeling all my components out of clay to give it an old stop motion feeling. Then I combined my clay elements with illustrative components to achieve the look of our final poster.

SlutWalk is a protest/day festival held in Pershing Square in downtown LA. The event aims to end sexual violence, victim blaming, derogatory labeling, and gender inequality. I worked on branding that was carried through all deliverable elements of the event, from the partnership deck sent to corporate sponsors to social media and signage featured at the event and on Amber's VHI show.

The Grand Californian Gingerbread house is a 500lb house made of real gingerbread and inspired by the arts and crafts style of the hotel with the childlike whimsy of a child's christmas. It's featured in the hotel lobby every Holiday Season. For 2017, we wanted to include Chip and Dale in the design . I concepted and illustrated the chipmunk's new pose that was then handed off to the resort's bakers to add to the redesign. My illustration was also sold on chocolate bars at the resort.
